Terms of trade

  • The money must be received before your order will be shipped.
  • If you have entered the correct e-mail address when purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation. e-mail. We store information about your order in such a way that you can later receive a copy of your order confirmation. Therefore, remember to save the order confirmation that you receive in your e-mail.
  • Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.

Payment through MobilePay

If you choose MobilePay in our webshop, there should come a request within 1-2 hours. Otherwise you can pay the amount shown in the shopping cart yourself.

From the moment we receive your order, we will start producing it (Read "Product selection and stock listing" for more information)

In case of incorrect transfer via. Mobilepay

When transferring to the wrong number, we disclaim all responsibility. Please contact your bank yourself. We do not take responsibility for incorrect transfers and your order will not be shipped until we receive payment.

Delivery in Denmark

You can always choose free delivery to our store. For purchases of at least DKK 999, you get free delivery to all delivery points/parcel shops at Post Nord.

If you want the package sent with delivery to your front door, it costs 65 DKK.

For purchases for less than DKK 999

• For deliveries to Post Nord's delivery points/parcel shops, the delivery fee will be DKK 55.

• For delivery with delivery to a business / private address with Post Nord, will be 65 DKK.

• For delivery with Post Nord (letter) to a private address, the delivery fee will be between 15-45 DKK.

When delivered with Post Nord, the packet are delivered within 1-4 working days. If we do not have the opportunity for this due to sold-out items etc., you will be contacted as soon as possible after we have received your order.

For delivery with Post Nord (letter), your packet are delivered within 4-10 working days. If we do not have the opportunity for this due to sold-out items etc., you will be contacted as soon as possible after we have received your order.

When delivered with Post Nord, the price of shipping will vary according to the weight of the item. We do this to make your order cheaper. Delivery to our store is not subject to a delivery fee.

Delivery outside Denmark

If you live outside Denmark, we would recommend using Post Nord [letter] as this is the best method for the least amount of money.

If in some case, you can not see your country when ordering: Contact the customer support team.

If we don't have the opportunity to send a packet to your destination for some reason (could be COVID restriction) then we cannot send your order to you.

For purchases for more than DKK 999

If you buy for more than 999 DKK, we will send your order for free. We send it with Post Nord as a package.

If you're within the Danish Borders:

  • Then we will send your order with Post Nord as a packet

If you're outside Danish Borders:

  • Then we will send your order with Post Nord as a letter

'Free delivery'

When we have free shipping on our products, we use Post Nord's letter delivery. The value of that shipping will change depending on how many items you purchase. If the customer wants a different delivery method, the selected delivery method price will be deducted from the original price.

Free shipping only covers within Denmark's borders.

For delivery to NFKK or Nova, the free shipping is included in the price.

The standard Free delivery is a discount of up to 35 DKK.

Product selection and warehousing

Dimsr's selection of products is very special and is not manufactured elsewhere. It can therefore cause some problems. If the sale goes better than expected, we do not always have the opportunity to produce the customer's order in normal time.

We, therefore, ask our customers to understand that we - despite many efforts - may risk missing a product in the business.

Undo and right of return

If the items shipped do not match your requirements, you can get your money back. Simply notify us at dimsr.dk@gmail.com no later than 30 days after receipt of the item. It's important that the item is in the substantially same condition and quantity as received. The notice of withdrawal must include the following information:

• I hereby announce that I wish to exercise the right of withdrawal in connection with my purchase agreement for the following items: (the items returned are written here)

• The items are ordered on (date) on order number: (order number is written here)

• Your name and address

You will find the order number at the top of your invoice. Eg. (# 1221)

After you have sent the above notice of cancellation to us, you must return the item to us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after you have notified of cancellation). Please enclose an invoice and a description of why the item is being returned - especially if it is a barter item, we need to know e.g. what color your new product should be swapped for.

Note on impairment:

Within the 30-day right of withdrawal, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than that which was necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties, and the way in which it works. It is Dimsr that assesses the impaired value of the item. This only happens at our address and cannot go through the web.

Personal information and registration of data in connection with E-commerce

When you shop on Dimsr's website, you must provide your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. This information is necessary for us to complete your order.

We pass on your information to selected and trusted employees who are entitled to use your personal information in order to deliver the goods that you have ordered and be able to keep you informed of the status of your order. We do not give your information to other company's and we keep your name safe. If you would like us to share your pictures on our webshop. Then we need to show your name on the picture.

Participation in competition

All winners will be contacted directly at the registered email address. You then have 14 days to respond and provide your physical address. Without answer, your right to the prize may lapse and Dimsr may choose to draw another winner. The winners are announced on our website dimsr.dk and social media.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items, cash, or gift cards. Ordinary right of complaint applies.

Dimsr reserves the right to cancel, change or postpone the competition at any time (including all prizes) if there is any reason why the competition cannot be conducted as described.

• We do not take responsibility for any misuse of personal information or fraud

It may happen that on certain days that we do not have the opportunity to work at the given time, We try to stay within the opening hours.

Dimsr.dk does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

Purchase and redemption of gift cards

When buying a gift card

When you buy a gift card, you will receive an email after the purchase, with your gift card, which you can then print out or forward. The mail will contest of a discount code with the amount you choose.

Redemption of a gift card

  • When you need to redeem a gift card at dimsr.dk, at checkout use the promo code and activate it. Then the amount should be withdrawn.

Once a gift card is used, you cannot get your money refunded. This means that if there is money left on the card after purchase, we will not refund the remaining money.

Dimsr's gift card can not

• Switched to cash

• Refundable after purchase


Custom products

By Design

  • Working hours are calculated based on the number of hours spent on the item.
  • Hourly wage for 3D design: DKK 185.
  • In some cases, a prepayment may occur before the final payment. This amount will be deducted from the final price.

By Print

  • It is not possible to get money back after a 'Custom' print has started.
  • We do not start any print until the money is received
  • If something goes wrong during printing, we take responsibility.

  • We calculate the prices based on the following things (Printer time, Item weight and Working time)

Purchase of STL files

It is possible to buy files from us. There are some very strict rules that must be observed.

• Transfer of STL files are not allowed

• Resale of STL file or item are not allowed

We do not sell our STL files on dimsr.dk, But we use CULTS3d.com. There you can look around and see our files.
